HK Audio Charts a New Course with Planned Leadership Transition

GLOBAL: HK Audio has announced a significant milestone in its corporate journey, setting the stage for the next phase of its development through a carefully planned generational change in leadership. Effective 1 January 2026, an experienced internal management team has taken over the management of the company, following a strategically structured succession initiated by company Founder and Managing Director Lothar Stamer.

The future leadership of HK Audio will rest with a trio of long-standing executives who have each played a defining role in shaping the brand’s trajectory over many years. Christian Jordan – Chief Sales Officer and Chief Marketing Officer; Holger Kartes – Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operations Officer; and Stefan Persch – Chief Financial Officer; will assume management responsibilities gradually and in close coordination from the beginning of 2026, ensuring continuity across all areas of the business.

By opting for an internal succession solution, HK Audio is placing a clear emphasis on stability, institutional knowledge and a deep-rooted understanding of the international professional audio industry. All three members of the new management team bring extensive experience within their respective domains and are widely trusted both within the organisation and across the company’s global network of partners and customers. Christian Jordan has been instrumental in shaping HK Audio’s international sales and marketing strategy, contributing significantly to the brand’s global positioning. Holger Kartes represents technological excellence across the entire value chain, from production and global supply chain management to the ongoing development of “Made in Germany” products and system solutions. As Chief Financial Officer, Stefan Persch contributes comprehensive expertise in finance, controlling and corporate management, underpinning economic stability and sustainable growth.

Reflecting on the transition, Lothar Stamer says, “HK Audio has always been more than just a company to me – it is an idea, an attitude and a promise to our customers. With Christian Jordan, Holger Kartes and Stefan Persch, we are handing over responsibility to a team that knows the brand, the market and our values down to the last detail. I am convinced that HK Audio is excellently positioned for the future with this leadership.”

The incoming management team is equally clear-eyed about the responsibility ahead. “We are taking on this task with great respect for what has been achieved and with a clear view of what lies ahead,” explains the future leadership trio. “HK Audio is on an international growth trajectory. Our joint task will be to further build on this momentum – with strong products, reliable partnerships and a clear strategic focus.”

With this planned leadership transition, HK Audio is underlining its ambition to remain a significant force in the global professional audio market. Supported by a strong management team, a commitment to technological innovation and a well-established international brand, the company views this generational handover as a logical next step in a four-decade-long journey defined by quality, reliability and professional audio solutions, positioning HK Audio confidently for the years ahead.
