AUSTRALIA: ChamSys is further strengthening its presence in the country through a new distribution agreement with Showtools International. Effective June 5, Showtools International has officially become the lighting control brand’s distributor for the Australian market, creating a streamlined pathway for customers to access both ChamSys lighting control solutions and CHAUVET Professional fixtures through a single distribution partner.

The appointment marks a significant step in ChamSys’ continued expansion across Australia, where its lighting control platforms have already been utilised on high-profile productions ranging from major concert tours to large-scale festival events. The new arrangement also builds on an established relationship between Showtools International and Chauvet, with the distributor having represented CHAUVET Professional in Australia for the past 13 years.

By bringing both brands under one distribution umbrella, Australian lighting professionals will benefit from a more integrated approach to sourcing lighting fixtures and advanced control technologies. The move is expected to simplify access to product information, technical support and training resources while strengthening the connection between fixture and control system workflows.
