CHAUVET Professional Expands STRIKE Family with STRIKE Array Ultra Ennovations Knowledge Hub Latest by Elton - April 3, 2026April 2, 2026 Chauvet Professional has introduced the latest addition to its STRIKE family, the STRIKE Array Ultra, positioning the new fixture as a high-impact solution that merges intense output with expanded creative flexibility. Designed around a single LED pod complemented by a surrounding halo, the fixture brings a layered visual approach to blinder design while enabling scalable configurations for modern stage environments. At its core, the STRIKE Array Ultra features a high-output LED pod encircled by a 120-LED RGB halo ring, effectively delivering two distinct visual elements within a single unit. This dual-layer architecture allows lighting designers to combine punchy, high-intensity output with dynamic halo effects, creating depth and variation within blinder-based looks. The IP65-rated fixture is built to perform across both indoor and outdoor environments. Its RGBA-WW engine produces powerful, stadium-level brightness, while high-CRI calibrated whites and an optional filter ensure natural skin tone reproduction and accurate colour rendering for broadcast contexts. Complementing this is broadcast-optimised dimming, enabling smooth intensity transitions for camera-critical applications. The fixture supports flexible mounting options, allowing it to be deployed in both vertical and horizontal orientations. It can also be integrated seamlessly with other fixtures in the STRIKE Array family, including the STRIKE Array 2C, STRIKE Array 4C, and STRIKE Bolt 1C, opening up a wide range of configurable layouts. This interoperability enables the creation of customised blinder arrays, from vertical towers of STRIKE Array Ultra units to hybrid walls combining multiple fixture types in varied orientations. Such configurations provide designers with the ability to construct visually striking, large-scale lighting structures tailored to specific stage designs. The fixture also incorporates a motorised pan function—which converts to motorised tilt when the unit is inverted—allowing individual fixtures within an array to move independently. This introduces kinetic possibilities within blinder arrays, expanding their role beyond static effects. Additional features include an electronic strobe with a variable rate from 0 to 30Hz, standalone colour mixing capabilities, four dimming modes, four dimming curves, integrated automated programs, and a stealth filter for refined output control. With physical dimensions of 19.13 x 17.79 x 11.02 inches (486 x 452 x 280 mm) housed within a streamlined black enclosure, the STRIKE Array Ultra is designed to integrate cleanly into modern rigging environments while maintaining a strong visual presence.
