With more than 25 years of experience scaling technology businesses from innovation to market, Phillips has held key leadership roles across diverse industries. He previously led Canadian operations for Cintex Metal Detection Systems through its acquisition by 3i, co-led Canadian Inkjet Systems to its sale to Domino Printing Sciences, and worked with the advanced manufacturing and materials-science team at Equispheres, focusing on next-generation industrial solutions.
