INDIA: Adige Dosa House has enhanced the guest experience across its Delhi NCR restaurant with the deployment of a Yamaha Professional Audio solution, delivering consistent, high-quality background audio designed to complement the venue’s dining ambience. The installation was carried out by system integrator Kaizen Sales in collaboration with Yamaha, with the system engineered to integrate seamlessly into the restaurant’s contemporary interior.

As the South Indian restaurant brand continues to expand, creating a consistent and comfortable atmosphere has become an increasingly important part of its customer experience strategy. The project called for a discreet audio solution capable of delivering balanced sound throughout the dining space without disrupting conversations or detracting from the restaurant’s visual aesthetic.

Working closely with Adige Dosa House, Kaizen Sales assessed the venue’s acoustic requirements, designed the system layout and completed the installation to ensure both performance and architectural integration. The project addressed a common challenge faced by hospitality venues, where uneven audio coverage can lead to inconsistent listening levels and distracting hotspots across open dining areas.

To overcome these challenges, the installation centred on a distributed audio system featuring multiple Yamaha VXS5 loudspeakers positioned strategically throughout the restaurant. The distributed design enables consistent sound coverage across all seating areas while maintaining comfortable listening levels that enhance the ambience without overwhelming conversations. The compact form factor of the VXS5 loudspeakers also allows them to blend discreetly into the restaurant’s interior, preserving its clean and modern aesthetic.

Selected for their wide dispersion characteristics, natural sound reproduction and long-term reliability, the Yamaha VXS5 loudspeakers are designed to deliver clear, balanced audio even at lower listening levels, making them well suited to hospitality environments where background music is intended to complement rather than dominate the guest experience.
