DTS Expands TENORE Family with Pole Operated Models

DTS has expanded its ENORE range with the introduction of new Pole Operated (P.O.) versions, bringing enhanced accessibility, faster adjustment capabilities and greater operational efficiency to professional fixed-installation environments.

The new TENORE 5 P.O. and TENORE 3 P.O. have been developed for applications where fixture accessibility and adjustment precision are critical. Designed to enable operators to aim and focus fixtures directly from ground level using a pole, the new models are particularly suited to theatres, TV studios, auditoriums, museums, conference halls and other permanent installation environments where direct access to luminaires can be challenging and time-consuming.

A key feature of the new Pole Operated models is their ability to facilitate both fixture orientation and zoom adjustment from the ground. This allows users to accurately control projector positioning and beam angle without the need for elevated access equipment, streamlining commissioning, maintenance and fine-tuning processes.

According to DTS, the optical adjustment quality remains identical to that of the standard bracket-mounted versions. The company has transferred the proven reliability, stability and precision of the original TENORE platform to the Pole Operated configuration through dedicated mechanical development, ensuring that ease of access does not come at the expense of performance.

The result is a fixture family that offers comprehensive control while significantly reducing installation and alignment times. By minimising the need for technicians to access fixtures directly, the system also contributes to safer and more efficient working practices, particularly in venues with high mounting positions or restricted access areas.

The new Pole Operated range is available across DTS’ established TENORE light-source variants, allowing users to select the most appropriate solution for their specific application requirements.

The HQS models — TENORE 5 HQS P.O. and TENORE 3 HQS P.O. — are designed for environments where colour quality is paramount. These fixtures target applications such as theatre, broadcast, museums, exhibitions and photographic environments, where accurate colour rendering, natural light reproduction and visual fidelity are essential.

For installations requiring adaptable white-light performance, DTS offers the TENORE 5 HDW P.O. and TENORE 3 HDW P.O. models. These fixtures deliver dynamic professional white light and are well suited to TV studios, corporate events, conference environments and installations where precise colour temperature control is required.

Completing the portfolio are the TENORE 5 WH P.O. and TENORE 3 WH P.O. variants, which provide a high-performance white-light solution while retaining all of the operational benefits delivered by the Pole Operated system.
