The announcement follows the strategic opening of Lang’s Dubai office earlier this year and marks a significant step forward in the long-standing relationship between the two companies — one that dates back to 2016, particularly around Epson’s high-brightness projector range.

This new distribution agreement arrives at a time of growing demand for Epson’s projection solutions across the region; with Lang reportedly observing a marked rise in the popularity of Epson’s technologies in immersive installations and projection mapping applications — especially within high-profile, experience-driven environments. The increasing traction has said to have reinforced overall confidence in the scalability of Epson’s portfolio, particularly as new verticals and creative use cases continue to emerge in the Middle East.

Driving Epson’s next chapter of growth is newly appointed Sales Director Abrahim Al-Farraj, whose extensive experience in system integration and control room environments is expected to play a key role in shaping Epson’s market approach, expanding its relevance across a broader spectrum of AV applications. Meanwhile, Lang Middle East — under the leadership of Managing Director Oliver Luff — is primed to serve as a vital partner for Epson’s strategic ambitions in the region.

The initial phase of the rollout is said to be focused on Lang’s well-established rental and staging clientele; and all Epson projector units will reportedly be shipped from Lang’s Dubai hub, while efforts are already underway to establish direct local supply channels across other Middle Eastern markets. In line with Lang’s value-driven ethos, the offering aspires to go beyond traditional distribution, incorporating services such as flight-cased, unboxed units ready for immediate deployment, flexible rent-to-buy options, and payment models that include cheque guarantees.

This expansion also strengthens Lang’s global footprint, which now spans five locations: Germany, Switzerland, Barcelona, the UK, and the UAE. With a robust infrastructure and deep-rooted presence in the AV rental ecosystem, Lang’s partnership with Epson positions both brands to capitalise on the Middle East’s fast-evolving projection landscape — with scale, speed, and precision.
