German Light Products (GLP) has announced two additions to its lighting portfolio: the WildBar 8, a compact IP65-rated LED tilt bar, and the FR2 Washlight, offering increased output and refined colour rendering.

The WildBar 8 combines eight RGBL LEDs with motorised tilt and variable zoom in a shortened housing designed for confined spaces, smaller stages and scenic integration where the WildBar 16 may be too large. Its seamless pixel pitch allows both models to be combined while maintaining consistent spacing between LEDs. Different fixture lengths can be mixed to create a continuous visual line without visible interruptions.

The FR2 Washlight features a 150W LED engine with RGBL colour mixing, delivering higher output and natural colour rendering compared with its predecessor, the FR1. Behind its 165mm micro-Fresnel lens are 96 RGBW LEDs arranged in three rings around the central LED. These can be addressed through patterns or individually, enabling flexible pixel-level control.

Weighing less than 6kg, the FR2 offers a compact solution for applications requiring lightweight fixtures with versatile colour and effects capabilities.
