Live Nation Unveils Grange House, New 3,000-Capacity Venue in Singapore

SINGAPORE: Live Nation Singapore has announced Grange House, a new purpose-built 3,000-capacity live entertainment venue in the heart of Orchard Road, with the facility scheduled to open by mid-2027. Designed to bridge the gap between Singapore’s smaller performance spaces and large-scale arenas and stadiums, the venue is intended to create new opportunities for artists, tours and cultural experiences in the city.

Developed with support from the Singapore Tourism Board and in collaboration with Lendlease Global Commercial REIT, Grange House will be open to all promoters and event organisers rather than serving exclusively as a Live Nation venue. The company says the project builds on more than 20 years of investment in Singapore, following Live Nation’s launch in the market in 2006.

Designed by Blueprint Studio, Live Nation’s in-house design and development team, the venue will combine enhanced acoustics and sightlines with bespoke hospitality, curated food and beverage options, and artist facilities designed to meet international touring standards.

Grange House is also being conceived as an all-day destination rather than a space activated only during performances. Its indoor and outdoor facilities will include a landscaped terrace, an all-day café and restaurant, and spaces for community talks, podcasts and public events. A walkway connecting 313@Somerset with the venue will feature rotating art, exhibitions and pop-ups, while the foyer will provide an additional gathering space before and after shows.

Live Nation has identified Singapore as an important market since launching its local operations in 2006, investing in its local team, building strong partnerships and bringing a wide range of artists and live experiences to audiences. The company continues to see significant potential for live entertainment in Singapore, with Grange House representing the next step in its long-term commitment to the market.

Stephanie Bax, President, Venue Development for Live Nation Asia, said the venue has been designed around “an exceptional experience for artists and fans” while maintaining a strong connection with the surrounding community.

The project forms part of the wider rejuvenation of Orchard Road, with its year-round entertainment, cultural programming and public spaces intended to complement the precinct’s existing retail, dining and lifestyle offering. The Singapore Tourism Board has described Grange House as a key milestone in efforts to strengthen Orchard Road’s events infrastructure and cultural appeal.

For Singapore’s live entertainment sector, the 3,000-capacity format could provide an important mid-sized option for touring productions positioned between club-scale venues and major arenas, while giving Orchard Road a new entertainment destination when Grange House opens in 2027.
