INDIA: Blending the energy of a vibrant restaurant with the pulse of a full-scale nightclub, Club Roadies in Udaipur has deployed a powerful Martin Audio Blackline X sound system to deliver high-impact DJ performances without compromising the clarity and comfort required for its dining experience.

A bold extension of the iconic MTV Roadies brand—India’s legendary reality TV franchise spanning 19 years; Club Roadies represents a fresh hospitality concept born from the collaboration between Viacom 18 and Work With Fun LLP. Designed as an immersive Club and Café Roadies destination, the venue invites guests to eat, drink, and celebrate in a high-octane atmosphere infused with the spirit of the long-running show. With a ‘Wall of Fame’ showcasing previous winners and interiors packed with iconic visual references from the series, the space combines nostalgia with live music and DJ-driven nightlife.

To realise this concept sonically, system integrator Securetech AV Designs was tasked with delivering an uncompromising audio solution; one capable of balancing power, precision, and long-term reliability within a demanding club environment. The system needed to handle extended operating hours, shifting crowd densities, and the high-output requirements of live DJ sets, while still maintaining refined audio clarity during daytime dining service.

Securetech AV Designs selected Martin Audio’s Blackline X Series, a trusted range of two-way passive loudspeakers known for strong sonic performance, controlled dispersion, and installation reliability. The final design features a strategic combination of Blackline X8, X10, and X12 loudspeakers, carefully positioned to ensure precise venue-wide coverage through accurately controlled dispersion patterns.

To deliver the low-frequency impact essential for a true nightclub experience, the system is reinforced with Blackline X118 18-inch subwoofers, creating the depth and authority needed for energetic DJ sets while preserving balance and musicality across the venue.
