INDIA: DAS Audio has been installed at Strangr, a hospitality venue in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, with a two-floor sound system designed to move from background dining music to more prominent playback for evening events.

The installation combines DAS Audio Artec Series loudspeakers for the main system, a Vantec Series subwoofer for low-frequency reinforcement and Action Series speakers for fill coverage on the upper floor. The system was designed and integrated by Dipankar Grover of Sound Redefined, with equipment supplied by StageMix Technologies, official DAS Audio distributors in India.

Artec Series loudspeakers provide the primary coverage, with the Vantec subwoofer extending low-frequency performance. On the mezzanine, Action 508 speakers extend coverage beyond the main area.

The main Artec 510 loudspeakers are installed horizontally, using their 110° dispersion to cover the principal area while also supplementing coverage towards the mezzanine. The configuration was designed to maintain consistent audio across the two-floor venue while accommodating its interior layout.

The system supports Strangr’s varied operating requirements, from background music during dining through to higher-impact music playback during evening events, with the different DAS Audio series working together across the venue.
