GLOBAL: KLSTR Technologies has signed a technology cooperation agreement with Golden Sea, Guangzhou Haoyang Electronic Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange: 300833.SZ), the publicly listed parent company of Ayrton, SGM, Terbly and GS ARC, marking a significant expansion of the companies’ collaboration on intelligent networking technologies for professional lighting. Signed during an official ceremony at Golden Sea’s headquarters in Guangzhou, China, the agreement brings together the expertise of both organisations to explore technology integration opportunities across the wider Golden Sea group.

Building on the success of KLSTR’s existing collaboration with Ayrton, the new agreement establishes a framework for engineering collaboration, product evaluation and future development projects aimed at advancing connected lighting technologies. As one of the industry’s leading manufacturers of professional entertainment lighting, Golden Sea serves the touring, live events, television, theatre and architectural lighting sectors through its portfolio of brands, with the partnership reflecting a shared focus on driving innovation through intelligent networking.

At the centre of the collaboration is KLSTR’s networking platform, which enables lighting fixtures to function as intelligent network devices capable of automatic discovery, remote configuration, topology mapping and real-time diagnostics. The technology is designed to simplify deployment, improve system management and enhance operational visibility across professional lighting infrastructures.
