SINGAPORE: Ideal Systems has reinforced its Singapore management team with the addition of two seasoned industry figures, appointing Mark Goh, CTS, and Derrick Koh to senior leadership roles as the company sharpens its strategic focus across Southeast Asia. Mark Goh joins as Director of Business Development, where he will support Ideal’s continued regional growth, bringing with him more than 30 years of professional AV experience that spans roles at Sony, Bell & Order, O’Connors, Kramer and Electronics & Engineering.

Alongside this appointment, Derrick Koh assumes the role of Director of Next Generation Solutions, tasked with guiding Ideal’s product direction and partner strategies around emerging professional AV technologies that will leverage AI and Cloud integrations. Koh adds more than 26 years of industry experience to the team, having begun his career at Highland AV in 1999 before progressing through positions at Meeting.com, ISPL, NETe2 Asia and Electronics & Engineering. Together, the two appointments signal a deliberate move by Ideal Systems to strengthen both its commercial leadership and its forward-looking technology roadmap from Singapore, positioning the company to capture new opportunities as the region’s AV market evolves.
