He also pioneered large-scale technical training initiatives, equipping hundreds of certified integrators with expertise in 10G networking, PoE+, and cloud-based deployments—strengthening the region’s technology ecosystem. In his new role as Director – Systems Engineering, APAC & MEA, Manab will spearhead NETGEAR’s technical strategy across a much larger geography, leading initiatives that ensure innovation-led deployments, robust partner enablement, and superior customer experiences.
