Extreme Productions Powers the Middle East’s Visual Ambition with Hippotizer MEUSE MX Debut

MIDDLE EAST: As the Middle East continues to redefine the scale and spectacle of live entertainment, Extreme Productions has taken a decisive step to elevate the region’s technical arsenal — becoming the first rental house in the market to invest in Green Hippo’s award-winning Hippotizer MEUSE MX Series Media Servers, and making the platform immediately accessible to designers, programmers, and production teams across the region.

With nearly three decades of operational pedigree, Extreme Productions has consistently delivered some of the Middle East’s most high-profile and technically demanding projects, spanning government summits, international sporting ceremonies, large-scale concerts, brand activations, and cultural showcases. Founded in Jordan in 1997, the company today operates across Dubai, Riyadh, and Amman, supporting an impressive client roster that includes Amazon, Microsoft, MBC Group, and Publicis Live. Its latest investment reflects a broader regional shift, where productions are rapidly scaling in complexity, visual ambition, and technical precision, positioning the Middle East not just as a participant, but as a pace-setter on the global stage.

“We need tools that match the ambition of this market,” says Vincenzo Testa, Partner and Technical Director at Extreme Productions. “The MEUSE MX gives our clients access to the highest level of media server performance, right here in the region. That’s a gamechanger for the productions we’re delivering.”

Designed for uncompromising environments, the Hippotizer MEUSE MX Series Media Servers bring formidable capability to the rack. Featuring four swappable output modules supporting HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, and 12G SDI, the system offers extensive flexibility across diverse output configurations. Built-in genlock ensures frame-accurate synchronisation across complex multi-screen and multi-projector deployments, while an impressive 54,191 Notchmarks of real-time effects processing power enables designers to push creative boundaries without latency. Uncompressed playback further guarantees pristine visual fidelity—an essential requirement for a region increasingly defined by projection-mapped architecture, expansive LED canvases, and deeply immersive environments.

“This is an important milestone for both companies,” says Tom Etra, Senior Sales Manager for Green Hippo. “Having MEUSE available through Extreme Productions significantly expands the visibility and accessibility of the MX Series in one of the fastest-growing production markets in the world. Their track record and client relationships make them the ideal partner to bring this technology to the region.”

Supporting the rollout is Procom Middle East, the official distributor for Green Hippo across the region, providing local market expertise alongside dedicated technical support to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
