Slotboom brings decades of experience from across the international entertainment and events industry, having held senior leadership roles at Stageco and Mojo Rental, alongside professional experience with other established truss manufacturers. His career spans the full lifecycle of truss and rigging systems, from production environments through to complex, large-scale event builds delivered on a global stage, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both technical engineering requirements and on-site production realities.

Widely regarded for a pragmatic and hands-on leadership style, Slotboom is known for prioritising solutions that perform in practice rather than theory. At Eurotruss, his role will focus on closely aligning in-house engineering with on-site application, ensuring that product development and innovation are driven directly by customer needs and operational realities. As CEO of Structures & Stages, he will work with partners to navigate structural challenges, push technical boundaries and enable the delivery of ambitious productions that demand precision, reliability and scale.
