K-array Unveils New Solutions Across K-array, KScape and KGear Portfolios Ennovations Knowledge Hub Latest by Elton - January 28, 2026January 27, 2026 K-array has expanded its professional audio and integrated systems offering with a series of new product introductions spanning live sound, fixed installations and architectural environments. Headlining the announcement is the Thunder KSCARDIO412P, marking K-array’s first foray into cardioid subwoofers designed to deliver powerful low-frequency output while minimising rear sound radiation for both live sound and fixed installation applications. The passive subwoofer is built around a 12-inch neodymium magnet with a 3.5-inch voice coil and operates across a frequency range of 24Hz–150Hz (–6dB), achieving a maximum SPL of 126dB (peak). Housed in a 900mm x 500mm x 250mm wooden enclosure, the KSCARDIO412P weighs 26kg, balancing performance with practical deployment. Extending the company’s integrated architectural vision, K-array has also introduced the KScape Core, a central element within Rail’s control system designed to unify audio, lighting and control within the KScape ecosystem. Offering installation flexibility through either direct Rail mounting or remote-control unit placement, Core is intended to streamline system management by transforming multiple technological elements into a single, cohesive platform. In corporate environments, the system has been developed to improve efficiency, communication and speed of setup, while hospitality applications benefit from the cohesive atmosphere created through the alignment of lighting, sound and control. For visually sensitive spaces requiring controlled coverage, K-array has added the Koral KO102 compact column speaker to its portfolio. Measuring 950mm x 120mm x 80mm, the slim-profile loudspeaker combines six 3.15-inch mid-frequency drivers with a dedicated 1.1-inch high-frequency unit, delivering high-output performance within a frequency response of 125Hz–20kHz. A rear-mounted switch on the stainless-steel enclosure allows users to select between Pure Array mode for extended throw and linear coherence with a 10° x 90° dispersion, or Point Source mode offering a wider 60° x 90° pattern for flexible mounting options. The IP52 weather-rated enclosure supports recessed or surface mounting and is available in black or white, with additional RAL colours and premium metal finishes offered. Within the KGear range, K-array has introduced the GT8, joining the existing GT12 12-inch full-range point source loudspeaker. Designed for scalable system configurations, the GT8 supports deployment in distributed systems as well as multi-cabinet clusters, with enclosures that can be arrayed both vertically and horizontally. Integration is simplified through dual Speakon NL4 connectors and an 8Ω impedance, making the loudspeaker suitable for both permanent installations and rental inventories. Completing the product updates, K-array has expanded its KMC microphone portfolio with the Capture KMC20 MKI ultra-slim line array microphone, featuring upgraded capsules, a built-in preamp, a 3D-printed steel body, an integrated XLR cable and new mounting accessories.
