Beats Builds HK Audio Inventory

INDIA: Delhi-based Beats Light & Sound https://www.beatslightandsound.com/ has expanded its live sound inventory with a 56-unit investment in HK Audio https://hkaudio.com/ systems, supplied by Hitech Audio Video LLP https://hitechavs.in/. The order includes the second COSMO system sold in India, alongside products from HK Audio’s CX and POLAR ranges, giving the rental company a broader toolkit for professional live events.

The COSMO package comprises 24 COSMO C 10 elements and 12 CS 218 subwoofers, while the wider inventory adds eight CX 12, four CX 8, four CX 210 LT and four POLAR 12 MK2 systems. The combination allows Beats Light & Sound to configure systems according to venue size and production requirements rather than relying on a single format across its events.

“The sale of the second COSMO system in India is an important milestone for us,” said Manik Gupta, Director of Hitech Audio Video LLP. “Beats Light & Sound’s investment shows the growing appetite for high-performance live sound solutions here. We’re delighted to see COSMO gaining ground and look forward to supporting the team as they put it to work.”

Andrew Kirubakaran, Application Engineer at Hitech Audio Video LLP, added: “One of COSMO’s strengths is the flexibility it gives a rental company. With this inventory, Beats Light & Sound can put together systems to suit a wide range of venue sizes and production requirements. We can’t wait to see it out at their events.”

For Beats Light & Sound, the decision centred on performance, reliability and the ability to adapt the inventory to different productions. “We look for sound quality, reliability and flexibility in the systems we choose,” said Beats Light & Sound Owner Sanjay Chaudhary. “COSMO impressed us with its clarity, headroom, coverage and efficiency. We’re excited to add it to our inventory and bring it to our customers across a wide range of live productions.”
