GLOBAL: Listen Technologies and Ampetronic have reinforced their executive leadership team with two key appointments, promoting Kevin Jewkes to Senior Vice President of Global Revenue and appointing Alan Kennedy as Vice President of Operations as the organisations continue to invest in global growth and the expansion of their assistive listening and inclusive audio solutions portfolio.

In their new roles, both executives will report directly to Ampetronic | Listen Technologies President and CEO Maile Keone. Commenting on the appointments, Keone said, “By strengthening our executive leadership team, we are building the foundation needed to scale globally, accelerate innovation, deepen customer and partner relationships, and advance our mission to make clear, accessible audio available to everyone.”

As Senior Vice President of Global Revenue, Jewkes will oversee the organisations’ overall sales strategy, sales operations, team leadership and global go-to-market execution across international markets. His responsibilities also include strengthening channel and partnership programmes, aligning marketing initiatives with sales execution alongside the Chief Marketing Officer, and collaborating with product management to ensure customer and market insights continue to shape product strategy.

Jewkes joined Listen Technologies in 2013 and has held a succession of sales leadership roles before most recently serving as Chief of Staff, where he acted as a trusted advisor and proxy to Keone. Reflecting on his new role, Jewkes said, “I’ve spent years working alongside this sales team in one capacity or another – at trade shows, with customers, behind the scenes on strategy – and I’ve had a front-row seat to what they’re capable of. As Vice President of Operations, Kennedy will lead the strategy, performance and scalability of the organisations’ operational framework, overseeing supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, quality, facilities and IT to ensure these functions operate as an integrated system capable of supporting continued growth and delivering on customer commitments.

Before joining Ampetronic | Listen Technologies, Kennedy led strategy and business development initiatives across the real estate and energy sectors. His experience is expected to support the translation of business and product strategy into an operational architecture designed to enable efficient long-term expansion.
